Welcome to Wilber Township

Dust control in Wilber Township will cost $105 for 300 ft., and will consist of three applications. Payments must be received before treatment and would be appreciated by May 17, 2024. The area must be staked. If needed, some stakes are available at the township hall. Make checks payable to Wilber Township and mail to 3120 Sherman Road, East Tawas, MI 48730. Robert D. White, Clerk

The February 27th Presidential Primary saw 218 voters in the township. There were 72 voters in the Democratic primary and 146 in the Republican. The township followed the trend for Michigan and selected Joe Biden in the Democratic race and Donald Trump in the Republican race.

May 7, 2024 is a special Election for voters residing in the Oscoda School district. There will be one bond issue on the ballot. This is a local election so there will be no early voting in May. If you are an absentee voter, please make sure that we have your current address if you are going to be away from home in April.
